Phantom Creeps, The (1939)

In this horror classic, Dr. Zorka (Bela Lugosi), a fiendish scientist working on secret weapons experiments, extracts a mysterious substance from a fallen meteor and uses it to create a Robot and a mechanical spider. His work becomes even more dangerous when foreign spies and the US government begin to pursue him. Rather than submit to the will of those who coopt his inventions, Zorka plans to use them to take over the world!
