Keep, The (1983)

During World War II, German forces stationed in Romania unintentionally
unleash an evil force that had been buried in the walls of a fortress
which was once a mystic shrine. The only way to destroy the growing
evil, which is even worse than fascism, is to find the chosen man, who
himself has risen from a long sleep.
