Frenzy (1972)

As a serial killer who strangles women with a necktie roams the streets of London, an innocent man whose ex-wife was one of the victims is accused of the crime and arrested. After escaping from prison, he becomes determined to get revenge against the murderer–unaware that the madman is a friend of his. The first Hitchcock release to receive an "R" rating (and his only film to feature a nude scene), this darkly comedic thriller stars Jon Finch, Alec McCowen, Barry Foster, and Billie Whitelaw.
