Human Monster, The (1939)

 Scotland yard detective investigates the mysterious grisly drownings of five people. Going on a braille clue left in one of the victims pockets the investigator uncovers a horrific plot and insurance scam. This British horror thriller starring Bela Lugosi is based on a book by Edgar Wallace.
