An author investigates his publisher’s disappearnce and gets into the middle of a case where a woman is supposedly attacked by her recently deceased husband. Things take a ghoulish turn when the the author who investigates the supernatural uncovers a netherworld bargain for eternal life that requires fresh blood, for an evil god who wants to enter this world.
