Racket, The (1951)

As a national crime syndicate reaches its tentacles into a big city’s political machine, it faces opposition on two fronts: an incorruptible cop (Robert Mitchum) trying to clean up the streets and an old-school local mobster (Robert Ryan) who likes to settle scores with gunplay.
