Stick ’em Up (1950)

In this British comedy, a popular radio duo, Jewel and Warriss, play two doltish detectives who are far too timid to actually get out and solve a crime. They begin looking into the death of a singer and discover that an upright psychiatrist and a jewel thief are behind the killings.
